Our Automated SNUS Paper Production Line is designed specifically for nicotine pouch and smokeless tobacco applications, enabling stable and large-scale manufacturing of high-permeability, food-grade SNUS paper with consistent quality.
The line integrates automatic unwinding, precise tension control, multi-stage coating, online drying, and automated slitting processes. This ensures long-term stability in basis weight uniformity, moisture behavior, and pouch-forming performance.

Through digitally controlled production parameters, we can flexibly customize GSM, porosity, thickness, and absorption characteristics, allowing brands to fine-tune nicotine release speed and user experience according to market requirements.

To meet the stringent requirements of battery and industrial applications, we operate high-precision pasting paper laminating equipment engineered for consistent multi-layer composite production. The system features micro-level coating control to ensure uniform adhesive distribution and stable bonding strength.
Key parameters such as coating weight, laminating pressure, and drying temperature are precisely regulated to prevent delamination, air bubbles, or thickness deviation.

This production capability is widely applied in battery pasting paper, industrial composite paper, and functional lining materials, making it ideal for customers requiring long-term, high-volume supply with strict consistency standards.

PE Seperator production demands strict environmental control and process stability. Our facility includes a dedicated high-cleanliness manufacturing workshop, operating under controlled zoning and advanced air-filtration systems to minimize particulate contamination.
The production line covers material drying, melt extrusion, film stretching, thermal setting, and online inspection. This ensures consistent performance in pore size distribution, thickness uniformity, mechanical strength, and safety reliability.

The workshop supports the manufacturing of PE seperators for lead-acid and energy storage batteries, enabling stable long-term supply to international markets with high safety and quality expectations.

To guarantee product reliability before shipment, we have established a comprehensive Quality Control and Testing Laboratory (QC Laboratory) covering raw materials, in-process inspection, and finished product verification.
The laboratory is equipped with professional testing instruments for evaluating basis weight, thickness, tensile strength, air permeability, liquid absorption, pore structure, and chemical stability.
